Info concerning KCHELP.ORG, SECRETANGELSKC.ORG, & THE ACS THINKTANK

Starting in 1999, a small group of successful individuals, who originally met in a support group for the terminally ill, formed a private "club" which launched the Kansas City-based philanthropic programs KChelp, SecretAngelsKC, PayItForwardKC, and others.

To fund these programs, these individuals did not draw from their existing wealth but instead added to their wealth by using private traders in the U.S. stock markets and then earmarked some or all of their new wealth for fun projects, charities, and/or philanthropic work.  The reason they succeeded when the Madoff-type plans didn't is because they never let the traders have direct access to their funds or accounts.  In fact, each member had their own individual account with their brokerage firm.  There was no "pooling" of funds as each member controlled their own account.  We even have a program to allow members to test & follow the traders without risking any money in the stock market until they are comfortable with the program.

Because of their illnesses, this worked perfectly for each individual because he or she could put in as little or as much time and effort as each person wanted.

Through 2010, a limited number of individuals or groups will be allowed to carry on or duplicate any of these projects or create their own philanthropic work, as all of the original members have now passed on.  Because of the unique stock market funding model the members of this private club never had to ask for donations or spend any of their existing wealth.

We will need trusted individuals because we will be giving away the entire process and only asking for all or some of the proceeds to be ear-marked as club dues for the continuation of old and new "help programs".

Our founding members funded KChelp's programs by using a simple and unique investing plan in the U.S. Stock Markets to average 50%-200% Annual return on investment from 1999 - 2007.  And because these traders can take advantage of moves both up and down in the market, 2008-09 were very profitable year as well for our combined group of traders (even with the Markets' biggest decline in over 60 years).  Each member had their own individual and private accounts with SEC-regulated and nationally-recognized brokerage firms.  Please read the "Our Unique Funding" section for more details.

This website contains examples of projects and programs that were either initiated by individual club members or were ideas that were in the planning stages.  The "thinktank club" was designed to allow for individuals to spend as much or as little time as each wanted.  Some were heavily involved in brain-storming, discussion, or planning while others simply contributed large or small portions of their new proceeds to the projects and their favorite charities.  Some wanted to create or donate to projects as memorials for loved ones or ancestors. From their business background and perspective this was the best absentee-owner type of profit center for the original members.
